With the "P.E.(physical education)exam" appeared in the junior high school entrance examination, it attracts more attention of the society, schools, parents and students. Therefore, P.E. class in junior high school is very important.Since the P.E. class was added into the junior high school entrance examination, the time of P.E. class has been assured, and students’ physical fitness, basic skills have also been improved. However, there are some disadvantages at some rate. Some schools consider the score as the only evaluation of students whether they do good performances in P.E. class. So teachers have to arrange classes, in accordance with the examination, and students also lose a lot of opportunities to learn other sports that are not listed in the junior high school entrance examination. Too much emphasis on P.E. scores will play a negative impact on the health of students, and even some students will have some psychological burden, but also a few students body might be damaged. Secondary school students’ physical fitness requires a comprehensive development, but the junior high school entrance examination training programs can only exercise a small portion of physical fitness, which can not meet the students’ overall physical and mental development. After investigation, Shijiazhuang Junior High Schools have a phenomenon that is “what to test in the examination” leading to “what teachers will teach” and “what students will practice”. So on the basis of the real needs, in order to enhance students’ physical health, combining with the reality of each school, and using scientific and effective way to build an effective curriculum model, become very necessary. This study uses the method of literature and other research methods and focuses on the influence of the junior high school entrance examination to P.E. class arrangement. This study discusses teaching content, time, equipment and other aspects of P.E.. In this study the author takes Shijiazhuang junior high school P.E. class for example, basing on existing curriculum models curriculum and previous studies, to acquire a preliminary understanding some P.E. class arrangement in Shijiazhuang. After investigation, combined with the data obtained we get the following conclusions:Due to the existence of the P.E. entrance exam, school pay attention to P.E. lesson, basic meet the amount of class hour. But there still have the gym class occupied phenomenon of grade one and grade two of physical education.P.E. entrance exam affect the content of the P.E. class. The content of Shijiazhuang city junior high school is different with the relevant provisions of the state’s requirements. The content of grade one is from diversification, basically meet the students’ interests; The content of grade two gradually penetrate P.E. entrance exam test project, reducing other courses, but we find the phenomenon that some students are not interested in physical education; Grade three’s P.E. class is almost training session, each class is the train of test project, very boring and lack of novelty. Overall the train of test project take up a lot time of other teaching contents;Have an negative impact on some students’ physical and mental health, even caused psychological burden to some students, may also cause physical damage to a few students. To a certain extent, middle school entrance exams baton restrict the choice of the physical education contents, make the starting point of physical education curriculum settings too focus on test project, instead of strengthening the consciousness of Long-term physical exercise; Students’ learning too fixed, they don’t have a good understanding of sport’ variety functions, so that students’ interest in physical education gradually cool and the time of students participate in sports activities gradually reduced.P.E. entrance exam changed the goal of physical education curriculum. The goal from the original improve physical fitness、 promote the physical development、master the sports skill、training exercise habits、enhance team spirit、improve the communication ability etc, students gradually achieve good examination results. Due to the test project has certain limitation, so a fixed practice of exam project restricts the realization of the above parts’ function. Leading the state of physical education as to teachers “teaching for the exam” and as to students “study for the test”.According to the fact of the Shijiazhuang city junior high school P.E. curriculum, the study give the following suggestion:Schools should establish and improve P.E. course arrangement according to requirement. The P.E. courses in grade one and grade two are occupied seriously. schools should value more to P.E. course. Especially other subjects teachers should recognize the importance of P.E. class and can not occupy P.E. class as will.Schools should organize P.E. teachers to visit adjacent schools to study and should encourage teachers take part in trains to increase knowledge and ability level to make more contributions for school.Teachers can make simple props to assist teaching and do leg strength training by running the steps. They also can do many kinds of exercises in a pleasing atmosphere by using the relevant games. All of these are the good ways to deal with lacking area and equipment. In teaching procedure, teachers should diminish scatter pattern and be careful to students’ interest. When arranging grade three junior high school P.E. courses, teachers should rise students’ motivation positively and arrange more various teaching contents and methods. Anyhow, teachers need to help students get better grades in high school entrance exam and advocate students to take P.E. course but not training course.
