Lanzhou Power Supply Section Of Traction Substation Simulation Training System Design

With the rapid development of electrified railway and continuous introduction of new technniques and new equipments, it has become inevitable to reform the operation management system of Traction Substation. Since Lanzhou Railway Bureau adjusted the distribution of productive force for its traction power supply system, adapting to the new equipment and new techniques in the new environment has been ratherr difficult for the traditional face-to-face education theory pattern, with Lanzhou supply section’s facing to mulipled increase on management span and staff. In order to solve this problem as soon as possible, a new method intending to innovate practical skills employees’modularized training in accordance to the requirements of the controling company and the railway staff training management, centering in safe producing, relying on informationizad construction and templating on the existing actual equipment operating mode. By investigating and making statistic systematicly on training requirements of the traction substation staff of the entire traction substation section, making static for the existing traction substation equipment operation mode constructed by lanzhou tube, and doing a comprehensive design, they proposed a design scheme for the traction substation education simulation training base of Lanzhou supply section. The construction principle of thisf simulation training base is, according to the requirements of the basic effectiveness training and the two major modules in new technology training, to construct a single system simulation base by simulating traction substation operation mode in really practice and, which concentrates on mainstream used products in the existing traction substation operation and establishing simulation teaching. At the same time, the reasonable combination use on education resources has furtherly formed a complete informationized and multipled modular simulation training education new mode for facilitating the traction substation implementation, with the modern man replaced by tool education training mode and oganic combination of hardware and information network, which has made the teaching and trainig on staff more scientific, efficiently realized the scientific configuration and the overall optimization of all kinds of tangible and intangible resources and effectively improved the efficiency of existing staff training education work.This paper makes detailed analysis on the whole simulation training system of the base from the construction of traction substation simulation training education base of Lanhou Supply Section, and finally verified the practical effect of the base design function by manifesting the training capability in the experimental application process. Through studying on traction substation simulation training education base of Lanhou Supply Section, the designed simulation training base can conduct simulation teaching by making full use of computer technology in staffr implementation modular education training projects, and then meet the requirements of practical teaching application in practical equipment operating state of simulating site.
