Therefore, the study recommended that:The first is focused on the analysis and assessment of the background of the set after assessing two areas, in order to ensure the integrity of the meta-evaluation of the quality of primary and secondary education; the second is to make a personalized assessment based on the school’s needs and situations, strengthen the quality of teaching primary and secondary meta-evaluation of the service; the third is to focus and improve the quality of teaching budget dollars involved in the assessment of primary and secondary schools, schedule, formal agreement, and information technology, in order to improve the efficiency of the assessment, but also consider the benefit assessment.
