However, the quality of teaching evaluation is required by meta-evaluation of the effective ways to achieve. The meta-evaluation is an assessment of the evaluation, the evaluation of the original binding, monitor and improve function, quality of teaching meta-evaluation of primary and secondary education, to ensure the normal functioning of teaching evaluation function, and ultimately promote the improvement of education quality.From the plight of China’s primary and secondary schools teaching quality assessment based on the "Assessing and assessment", "to assess and promote teach" scenario, with meta-evaluation of the perspective, this study attempts to find an effective way to break through the bottleneck of the existing development. Therefore, the study recommended that:The first is focused on the analysis and assessment of the background of the set after assessing two areas, in order to ensure the integrity of the meta-evaluation of the quality of primary and secondary education; the second is to make a personalized assessment based on the school’s needs and situations, strengthen the quality of teaching primary and secondary meta-evaluation of the service; the third is to focus and improve the quality of teaching budget dollars involved in the assessment of primary and secondary schools, schedule, formal agreement, and information technology, in order to improve the efficiency of the assessment, but also consider the benefit assessment. |
