The ministry of education carried out "the outstanding teachers training program" in 2010, aiming to reform the training mode of teacher education in higher education teacher colleges, to promote the development of outstanding and creative talents,as well as to cultivate the primary and middle school teachers who are equipped with good virtue, professional knowledge,teaching skills and self-development.Curriculum is the core of teacher education,and it is the key of the success of excellent teacher training program, too.The most important thing is that it is the key point of education reform.The dissertation worked on the background of outstanding teacher training program as the beginning,taking H normal university as an example, applying the reference analysis, questionnaire investigation,individual research,Interview methods etc.to explore the present situation of in outstanding teacher training program and analysis the reasonable places and the existing problems in present curriculum of "outstanding teacher training classes".On this basis,combining with the history and social realities,to search for the reasons of these problems which occurred in present curriculum in "outstanding teacher training classes".Then according to the results of the front,combining with the domestic other teachers training colleges and universities and teacher education abroad experience to put forward effective suggestions and countermeasures and the corresponding safeguard measures to prompt the development of "the outstanding teachers training program",and to realize the goal of cultivating high-quality and professional teachers for primary and secondary schools.Besides,it also enlightens the reform of the training models of teacher education.The reasons of the produce of "the outstanding teachers training program" are many factors which interacting with each other.From the international point of view.the growing of strategic position of education makes every country in the world busy with improving the quality of domestic education and reforming the education system;Domestically,with the development of the society,the demand for top-notch innovation talents is becoming more and more widely.Talents depend on education,education relies on the development of teacher,so teacher training should be taken seriously;From the point of the realities,the current normal colleges an universities’teacher education curriculum has many problems which seriously affecting the quality of the teacher training.Therefore,to reform the training model of teacher education,and adjust the normal curriculum plan is imperative.On this background,the research takes the setting of the curriculum as the breakthrough point,selected students of "the outstanding classes" in Grade 2011,Grade 2012 of H normal university as the investigation object,and according to the actual situation of the students of the two classes,combining with what the research needs,the researcher compiled a set of questionnaire which named " Questionnaire about present situation of curriculum setting in pre-service training stage of’outstanding teachers’".In order to enhance the effectiveness of the research,four randomly selected tutors who have had lessons for the "outstanding classes"(two supervisor theory,two practical mentor) have involved in the structural interview.According to the investigation research,although the surveyed students had a position attitude about the present curriculum setting which has made for the "outstanding classes",not very satisfied.After analyzed the data,we found that the curriculum which has set for the "outstanding classes"has the following several problems,such as the objective positioning inaccurate,course content lack of cohesion,unreasonable curriculum structure,curriculum implementation from reality,curriculum evaluation system is not sound,etc.The problems of the curriculum results from many factors,including the battle between "normal"and "academic" in history,the development of the "the outstanding teachers training program" is immature,etc.The aim of finding a problem is to solve the problem,on the basis of the investigation and in-depth analysis,and according to the training target of "the outstanding teachers training program",the implementation of the plan of the actual situation of the school.the students’existing basis and requirements,banding the experience of curriculum setting in normal training colleges and universities in our country and teacher education abroad,the researcher puts forward the corresponding improvement suggestions for the curriculum setting in pre-service training stage of "outstanding teachers",which include to position the curriculum goal,adjust the curriculum structure,modify the curriculum implementation strategy,construct the curriculum evaluation system.etc.The end of the study is also the starting point of the next round of study.The research has some limitations because of time,energy,personal abilities,etc,and they become an important part of the future research. |
