The initial twentieth Century 90 years,Guangxi Guangnan Guilin Longsheng County village of ethnic minority women go out flow gradually increased, their main form of flow is away at school, marriage,migrant workers, entrepreneurs, they are now in a certain extent to get rid of the shackles of traditional patriarchy, got more economic discourse right of autonomy and family. Of course, Guangnan village women to flow out, after years of "wandering", quite a few people return home entrepreneurship to make a living, re planning for their own life.The rural women’s migration are in the pattern of "go- home" of life back and forth, continue to position themselves, finding their own value. The minority village women, their ability to obtain the experience economy in the "go- home" this life mode, a new world to develop his own life. Therefore, study on the influence factors of promoting minority women’s economic capacity, to the social development in ethnic minority areas to expand and improve on minority women’s economic ability, has the important theory value and the practical significance.This paper first reviews the relevant literature of many scholars Floating Minority Women and studies. Then, according to the author of the Longsheng village of Guangnan County, the four investigation of facts and data, questionnaire survey, semi-structured interviews, participant observation and other methods,multi angle description and analysis of the flow process and the influencing factors of the village of Guangnan minority women, their access to the economic capacity of the thought, then return home with flow process, with effect of obtaining economic ability of the minority women in the study for promotion, technology,marriage behavior, culture is the main factor to change their access to economic,and these also raised their family economic status, family affairs, interpersonal aspects of discourse right, to a certain extent, improve their social status.
