Abstract/Summary:
In this study, according to Liang Liang Wu and Li Baoxian the occupational expectation scale and self-designed occupational expectation subject integration into a career expectations questionnaire, extraction, Chongqing Normal University, Chongqing, Zhongzhou University, Zhengzhou normal university and Beijing Union University College to four 250 deaf college students research, on the recovery of the questionnaire data analysis, obtained the overall situation of deaf college students’ career expectations and different factors of deaf college students career expectations, finally puts forward some suggestions to deaf students correct career expectations of the training.1) From a regional perspective of employment, deaf students are most desirable second and third tier cities, cities are also many, select few rural and western regions; from the employment unit type, deaf students choose institutions and state-owned accounting for the majority of enterprises; from salary expectations, the higher salary expectations deaf college students; on the current employment situation of view, most believe it is under pressure; the attitude of professional, deaf students generally believe their professional generally, employment prospects and it is not good.2) Deaf Students overall career expectations high; undergraduate deaf and deaf college career expectations were significantly different; Overall, gender, grade, students, the professional level of hearing loss, communication, great preschool situation, family income, parents’ occupation and education of deaf college students do not have a greater impact on the career expectations, but there are significant differences in gender, different places of deaf students, including students on the value of the factor.
