Nowadays, people pay much attention to undergraduates’ mental quality and anti-frustration ability. In reality, we must develop the undergraduates frustration education as soon as possible. It is important to carry out undergraduates frustration education and construct undergraduates frustration education mechanism in ideological and political education horizon.This paper is divided into five chapters, the first chapter try to introduce the cause of selection and significance of the topic. Combing the domestic and foreign research, clarifying the research methods and innovation points. At last, try to analyze the reasons for these problems. The fourth chapter is the key and also innovation part of this study. Try to afford favorable measures to resolve these existing problems.
