| With the increase of enrollment expansion of higher education, university education is changing from elite education to mass education. Every summer, a sharp rise in the number of graduates, employment problem has become the focus of the whole society, and the focus of many experts and scholars.This paper has three purposes, first, to understand graduating students’ job-seeking information search behavior under the new information environment, to grasp their common performance in the job-seeking process. Second, through the analysis of graduating students’ job-seeking information search behavior, to grasp their differences in the job-seeking process. Third, this research can provide some reference for the fresh graduates to apply for a job and the construction of graduates’ employment information network.This study bases on the sense-making theory to explore 20 graduates’ job-seeking information search behavior. Then using the method of literature investigation, literature metrology to investigate the related research status at home and abroad, and summarizing the result. The study has used micro-moment time-line interview and neutral questioning to interview the respondents, then utilizing grounded theory and qualitative analysis software NVivo 8.0 to analyze the interview data, and exploring fresh graduates’job-seeking information search behavior on the basis of the analysis.Chapter one describes the research background, research purpose, research contents and research methods. Chapter two describes the definition and relatedresearch review. Chapter three is the collection and analysis of data. Chapter four analyzes and discusses the graduating students’ job-seeking information search behavior. Chapter five comes up with some suggestion for sense-making theory,graduating students’ job-seeking,and Graduates’ Employment Information of Nanjing University, at the same time, exposits the deficiencies of this paper. |
