| In 2012, the eighteen Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward scientifically and refinedly that we must cultivate socialist core values with three advocates of the basic content. Socialist core values and the construction of campus culture is consistent on the service object and the training goal. Both of them are for cultivating the college students with with high quality of all aspects of the development on morality, intelligence,physique,aesthetics and labour. Socialist core values plays provides talents cultivation, scientific research, social service and cultural inheritance innovation for the construction of campus culture.It has strongly realistic urgency for the construction of college campus culture to be guided by socialist core values,and it is urgent to defense the western social ideological trend, to integrate the multiple values in the campus,and to preserve the security of the campus culture.Also,it is the inevitable requirement of building brand of campus culture.We must insist on the principle of unified with diversity,the principle of elegance with popularity,the principle of inheritance,enrichment with development,the principle of scientific nature with humanity,the principle of universality with particularity,the principle of the nationality with cosmopolitan.We can do something from strengthening leadership mechanism, completing the guarantee mechanism,innovating propaganda mechanism,and strengthening participation mechanism to push forward the research of the integration mechanism on socialist core values and the construction of campus culture,so that we can strengthen the dominant, persistent, brand and effectiveness of the socialist core values’ leading the construction of campus culture.This paper uses literature method, comparison method, system analysis and case study method.It follows the research approach called “ask questions-analysis problem-solve problem”.
