Objective:In this paper, in order to prepare for the 12th national games of jiangsu province female weightlifting as the research object, charateristics of different stages from the preparation period of training, with competitive weightlifting sport law as the basis, theory and practice of jiangsu province female weightlifting preparation period training data collation and analysis, as well as the preparation period women’s weightlifting athletes in sports training monitoring system, summarizes the preparation stage of the athletes in jiangsu province female weightlifting training cycle, training load arrangement, the main biochemical indexes, training methods and means and so on,it will do help to women’s weightlifting characteristics and weightlifting training in sports training monitoring, combines theoretical research and experimental research, trying to explore suited to the characteristics of the women’s weightlifting athletes competitive ability and the training before the training characteristics and regularity, hope to be able to in order to know women’s weightlifting coach athletes training characteristics and laws for reference, at the same time for the coaches scientific and reasonable arrangement of women’s weightlifting pre-match training programs.Methods.The 12th national games in jiangsu province female weightlifting for four athletes, sports level is as an athlete, which take part in the women’s 63 kg level 2 people,1 level of 69 kg,75 kg level 1 person, the players in training during the healthy body, no major injuries. Research method is a mathematical statistics method, interview method, experimental method, biochemical test indicators for hemoglobin (Hb), serum creatine kinase (CK), serum testosterone (T) three indicators.Conclusions:1, During different stages of preparing for the training, the trainer prone to neglect the pursuit of training intensity level athletes training load bearing problem2, Special improvement stage and special consolidation phase and the amount of training load strength coaches to develop easy high, could easily lead to overtrainingAthletes, influenced by a trainer of athletes, training should focus on strengthening the scientific monitoring of the athletes in these two stages, guidance Coach promptly adjust training intensity and volume.3, Basic training phase and before adjustment stage athletes better able to achieve the best training effect, before the adjustment period for the recovery of athletes fatigue poor.
