Swimming exercise is of high value, has the good characteristics of the lifelong sports, is one of the survival education significance of sports. Elementary and middle schools in our country there is a high accident rate, drowning in the swimming teaching of primary and secondary schools, let students learn swimming skills, have to save water and general life-saving ability, enhance the survival ability, in the water has become the priority of school sports education.The promotion and implementation of primary and secondary school swimming lesson is at present our country school sports, the weakness of the related research, based on the introduction to sports, sports management, school sports and social sports science as the theoretical support, on the basis of summarizing predecessors’research, adopts the theory of the method of documentary, expert interview, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, combining qualitative quantitative statistical analysis of the questionnaire and interviews, the research object of this paper the empirical investigation, namely sports co., LTD., primary and middle school students in Beijing sea otters swimming class projects to promote empirical investigation and research, and to the company in different areas were analyzed, find out the company’s promotion of primary and middle school students in Beijing Beijing elementary school swimming lesson successful experience as well as in ordos city jiada primary of the affiliated high school of Beijing normal university to promote the cause of the failure, and put forward reasonable Suggestions, for the company in the future in swimming lessons of primary and middle school students and to provide reference and reference on the direction of the development of the company.
