The extensive economical growth way, bring to our country economy high speeddevelopment and at the same time, a lot of resource consumption, has become a majorproblem restricting China’s economy continues to develop. In the new historical stage,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially put theconstruction of the “two oriented society” identified in China’s national economic andsocial development as a basic national policy, the ministry of education also putforward in order to strengthen the publicity and education of saving resources, willtrain students to be hardworking and thrifty of content included in the teaching plan.College students are the builders of the country in the future, the quality of theresource conservation, the construction of “two oriented society” for the future plays adecisive role.At present, the research of environmental education and ecological education forcollege students is a lot, there is few research about resource-saving education, thesestudies in initial stage, lack of systematic and pertinence. In this paper, based on theresearch of the college students resource saving education, using literature study,questionnaire, interview method and experience summary method, based on thecombination of theoretical research and empirical research, the current universitystudent resource conservation education, has carried on the investigation and analysisof the current situation of building a resource saving education system for collegestudents, and save resources of college students education smoothly and provides theoperational measures.This paper defines the basic meaning of resources and resource saving education,analyzes the college students’ resource conservation education theoretical basis andpractical basis. Through actual investigation and questionnaire survey, analyzed theproblems of college students resource conservation education: first, the subject statusof the outstanding school education is not enough; second, it is resource savingeducation lack of behavior education; the third is the resource conservation educationcontent is unitary; the fourth is the lack of appeal of the resource conservation andeducation activities. To solve above problems, To solve the above problems, putforward the construction of College Students’ resource conservation education system:the first is the clear the principle of resource saving education system to collegestudents is the entire education, public education and hierarchical implementation;The second is to establish college student resource conservation education three levelsof targets, that is, knowledge, psychological and behavioral goals; third, it is to buildresources saving education content system for college students, including resourcestate of energy saving technology education, knowledge education, energy andresource conservation policies and regulations education and saving behaviornurturance education four aspects; Fourth is to improve the methods of collegeeducation resource conservation system, teaching system and combination ofinformation technology, knowledge and practice teaching and the combination oftraditional campaign combined with new media; Five is to build a resource savingeducation college students evaluation system.Building resource-saving education system for college students, also need toprovide effective protection from the following four aspects: one is to strengthencollege students’ resource conservation education organization safeguard; The secondis second is to strengthen college student resource conservation education systemguarantee; third is to increase resource conservation education Students financialsecurity; the fourth is to create a resource saving campus cultural atmosphere.
