In the new historical stage,the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China officially put theconstruction of the “two oriented society†identified in China’s national economic andsocial development as a basic national policy, the ministry of education also putforward in order to strengthen the publicity and education of saving resources, willtrain students to be hardworking and thrifty of content included in the teaching plan.College students are the builders of the country in the future, the quality of theresource conservation, the construction of “two oriented society†for the future plays adecisive role.At present, the research of environmental education and ecological education forcollege students is a lot, there is few research about resource-saving education, thesestudies in initial stage, lack of systematic and pertinence. In this paper, based on theresearch of the college students resource saving education, using literature study,questionnaire, interview method and experience summary method, based on thecombination of theoretical research and empirical research, the current universitystudent resource conservation education, has carried on the investigation and analysisof the current situation of building a resource saving education system for collegestudents, and save resources of college students education smoothly and provides theoperational measures.This paper defines the basic meaning of resources and resource saving education,analyzes the college students’ resource conservation education theoretical basis andpractical basis. Through actual investigation and questionnaire survey, analyzed theproblems of college students resource conservation education: first, the subject statusof the outstanding school education is not enough; second, it is resource savingeducation lack of behavior education; the third is the resource conservation educationcontent is unitary; the fourth is the lack of appeal of the resource conservation andeducation activities.
