A Research On The Relationship Between School Type And University Graduates’ Employment

To achieve full employment for university students, improve the quality of university graduates employment has been the concern of the Party and country.Universities as a bridge between the market and Universities students play a very important role, School type has a very important influence on the employment of university graduates.Therefore, study on the relationship between school type and university graduates’ employment is a new field which not only has the important theory significance, but also has more practical value.It is beneficial to promote graduates employment better, to protect the people’s livelihood, to achieve the goal of employment and promote growth, and ultimately contribute to the long-term stability and harmonious development of society in our country.This study based on the theory of occupation status, weak and strong relationship theory, social resources theory.The research method is quantitative analysis of sociology, Through the questionnaire investigation of different types of colleges and universities graduates, to discuss the relationship between school type and university graduates employment comprehensively,to analyze the relationship between the internal logic of them systematically and deeply,then we can provide some valuable suggestions to improve the employment quality of university graduates.The results of this study show that: the influence of school types on university graduates’ opportunity of getting a job is obvious,and it will affect the quality of employment.The following are the specific performance:First, the types of schools affect university graduates to getting opportunity of job and employment quality,the same type of university graduates’ opportunities and employment quality exist differences 。University types are different,the employment of university graduates is different either,;Second, the impact of school types on the income of university graduates and working conditions are not significant;Third, school types have a significant impact on the social security and stability.Therefore, In order to make University graduates get a better job,the government should increase investment in education funding,colleges and universities should deepen reform, optimize the structure of professional;University graduates should establish correct view of employment, at the same time, they should enhance their ability, improve the comprehensive quality.
