| Basic education is very important to the sustainable development of a country, at the same time, it also determines whether there is a solid foundation to individual development. Physical education is an indispensable part of basic education, because it has a vital role to students’ all-round development. In recent years, Chinese children are weaker than Japanese children in physique and some other aspects. In order to explore the corresponding reason, the comparison between basic physical education in Chinese school and Japanese school is investigated.In this thesis, several methods, such as document summary method, comparative method and so on, are used to systematically discuss the organization form, teaching contents, extracurricular exercise, extracurricular training and sports competition of basic physical education in Chinese school and Japanese school, according to the related data of school physical education of China and Japan in the past 20 years, The results show :1, in sports management mode, Japan already belongs to the social dominant management system. 2, in the teaching content setting, the Japanese sports teaching content is set up diversified, and in the compulsory course of the same time with the flexibility. 3, in the curriculum, Japan in 1958 in the essentials of high school guidance put with the country’s traditional judo, kendo, sumo and Wu course directly into the formal school curricula. From Japan’s successful experience in these aspects, the countermeasures to improve the sports of the basic education in China are put forward.. 4, China and Japan in the current basic education stage school sports there is a big difference. The reasons for this difference include the social background, the factor of cultural form, the factor of the educational system and the factor of the economic development.. 5, the status of school physical education in China decided we also need to do more research in this area, is not only limited to the learn from Japan, later can also to Europe and the United States advanced developed countries learn from each other. And the present study also some limitations, limited to study of primary and secondary school students, School Physical Education in college students and the characteristics of its own, but also need to future further research. |
