Humanistic care and the ideological and political education has the identity and interactivity, to promote college students’ all-round development, improve the effect of ideological and political education is of great significance.However, through in interview investigation to 20 ideological and political education workers and college students of Hunan Normal University, Hunan University, Hunan Women’s University, Hunan University of Chinese Medicine, Hunan transportation vocational technical college and Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Professional Technology Institute in Changsha city, we found that the current universities in our country, lack of humanistic care in ideological and political education is the existence of, main show is: the diversity of college students’ group, level need not be fully understood, students’ main body status and main body consciousness are educators full affirmation and respect, and students’ initiative, enthusiasm, creativity and initiative for full of love. Investigate its reason, we will find that the domestic colleges and universities "people-oriented" concept is not respected, professional teachers to carry out the humanistic care and psychological counseling, and emotional education, network education, cultural education and education in the ideological and political education of education has not yet formed.
