Middle promising students is widespread problem in the modern middle school education, is any ideological and political educators is unable to avoid. No School hope students is a kind of good desire, but it is not true education. A good education is the premise of respect for differences. The fundamental goal of education reform is to improve the national quality, more talent, a good talent. Now that want to improve the quality of the Chinese nation, of course requires that we must face all student, improve the student’s quality, responsible for all students. All for the students, for all students, for students’ everything. Now that is "all", "everything", which means that not only including the cultivation of top students and also include the education to Middle promising students.Middle promising students thought research has far-reaching theoretical and practical significance, is not only conducive to the development of basic education theory, there will also be beneficial to the middle school and hope that the free and comprehensive development, is conducive to the improvement of teacher education teaching practice ability, is conducive to improving the quality of teaching, to create a harmonious campus, is conducive to social stability and harmony, so as to realize the harmonious students themselves,harmony between teachers and students, harmonious campus, family harmony and social harmony.Middle promising students is the most headache object of education,high school teachers in these students spend the most time, input of energy is the largest, the most attention is the student groups, but often backfire, with little success. Middle promising students learning motivation, self-confidence is poor, no perseverance, lack of scientific learning method, and with the increase of teaching content, they feel learning difficulties is more and more big, the failure of countless times,leading them to lose interest in learning, to produce weariness, even give up learning. Aimed at this group of education research also have sprung up in recent years, and most have been applied to practical work. This article is in view of the current our country school hope students thought condition is analyzed and explored. In this paper a total points and three main parts, the first part expatiates and analyses of current situation of middle school to generate ideas and research, etc., the necessity of the concept of quality education should be strengthened to middle school hope thought condition investigation and study; The second part analyzes the present situation of the school hope students thought condition, and put forward problems existing in the high school hope born thought condition, and its reasons are analyzed; The third part discusses the school hope students thought condition transformation countermeasure and the suggestion.Middle promising students thought condition research as an important work fully implementing quality education, the author hopes this paper let the teachers pay more attention to focus on the part of students and to develop, to undertake the important task of cultivatingexcellent successor, together with the development of the Chinese nation to make greater efforts.
