In recent years, the development of the flipped classroom teaching model in our country has got more and more attention in education area. Lots of primary and middle school begin to try using this model to improve their teaching quality.This thesis is divided into four parts: The first part is introduction. It mainly refers to the background,the significance and the methods of this study, then conclude the writing purpose of this thesis, collect the flipped classroom teaching model research both at home and abroad, conclude the related researches of classroom teaching model at home and abroad.And analysis the theoretical basis and technical back. The second part is the theoretical opinions of the article, which mainly summary the concept of the flipped classroom teaching model, the characteristics, implementation steps of the research, and then build a good theoretical basis for the entire paper. The third part, is the central part of the article, through the research and analysis the really implemented conditions, mainly of the students and teachers in A junior high school, then conclude seven harvests, such as changed the study idea, study custom, study conscious,study ability and so on; ten main problems,such as heavy study burden,bad discipline and students be polarized and so on.And analyzing the main factors which make a difference, including the special of English; the special of students; the special of teachers’ ability; the quality of the learning resource; the outside environment. The fourth part includes some suggestion for improving. It’s the creatively part of the article. In order to make the English teaching methods have a further development. It puts forward many specific teaching strategies which basis on the problems and related factors. In Preparation period of teaching, including the improving strategy of task leading learning、self-study by video、setting exercise. In teaching period in class, the teacher should pay attention to the improving strategy of solving the puzzle、showing what have learned 、 bettering the teamwork 、 testing in the class 、concluding the class. And the teachers should consider different sides, such as the different dimensions, different subjects and different methods in evaluation. Finally,it’s the part of rethink and conclusion. This part analyzing the inner disadvantages of the flipped class model, to lead educators to know and use the model correctly.
