| Education department is an important field of the theoretical worker,and the worker in education practice to explain and predict education practice.The change of education department in the second half of the 20th century has important influence in today’s education subject and education department.Based on the development of Chinese education department during the second half of the 20th century,this article uses literature method and historical method to analyze the change and characteristics of education department.Specific content is as follows:Firstly,the history of education department change during the second half of the 20th century.This changes can be divided into five stages: reconstruction,independent,serious destruction,reconversion and rapid development.The stage of reconstruction is from 1949 to 1956.In this stage,because of the national policy shift,the needs of new education and training teachers,the development scale,training objective,curriculum and teaching material of the education department were changed.The Characteristics were focused on the Normal universities,professional setting single and copying the Soviet textbooks.The stage of independent exploration is from 1956 to 1966.In this stage,because of the political environment at home and abroad,needs of development of educational disciplines and Critical on Soviet pedagogy,the professional setting, training objective, curriculum and teaching material of the education department were changed.The Characteristics were focused on the practice courses and political highlights.The stage of serious destruction is from 1966 to 1976.In this stage,the development scale,raining objective and teaching material of the education department were changed.The stage of reconversion is from 1976 to 1985.In this stage,the professional setting, training objective, curriculum and teaching material of the education department were reconverted.The characteristics were focused on theoretical research and Comprehensive university and Normal College setting up together.The stage of rapid development is from 1985 to 1999.1n this stage,because of the deepening of education reform and development of pedagogy,the professional setting,curriculum and teaching material were changed.The characteristics were diversity,training levels promoting,different emphasis between Comprehensive university and Normal College.Secondly,the general characteristic of education department change during the second half of the 20th Century.Summarizes and analyzes the history of education department,we can get the characteristics:independence enhanced,autonomy enhancement,normative enhancement and diversity enhancing.Thirdly,the influence of education department changes during the second half of the 20th Century.The change of curriculum,training objective,professional setting and teaching material produced influence can not be ignored.Fourthly, the enlightenment of education department changes during the second half of the 20th Century.Looking back the history and characteristics,we can get the enlightenment:functional orientation should be accurate,setting mode should be planning,professional settings should be reasonable,training objectives should be appropriate, and the name and membership should be clear. |
