Objective:Exercise to lose weight as a key success factor is the loss of appetite and food intake after exercise changes. This study aims to study the impact of obesity in the rat hypothalamus and plasma Ghrelin after long-term aerobic exercise, and then study appetite and food intake variation, under a long-term study of aerobic exercise load changes on rat Ghrelin and 2, Ghrelin 2,4,6 weeks and each group of mutual relations, activities and food intake in rats and its mechanism were discussed between 4 and 6 weeks of each group. Reveal the variation of aerobic exercise on the body and the mechanism of action of Ghrelin Ghrelin, in order to develop and improve more scientific and reasonable exercise weight loss plan laid to provide a theoretical basis.Research Methods:The rat model of obesity:Buy female rats meet the test requirements from the Experimental Animal Center of Military Science 220,weighing 180-200g, randomized adaptive feeding after 1 week.Divided into general control and high fat diet group, the control group received normal diet ordinary;fat diet group was given a high-calorie diet. Each group feeding six weeks, eating and drinking freely into the record daily food intake and body weight and body length change weekly. According to the weekly measurements of body weight and body length, calculated Lee’s index, were randomly divided into a control group and a high-fat diet group according to Lee’s index screening modeling success obese rats, did not meet the requirements for the resistance group. Diet 3h mean serum Ghrelin levels and 6 weeks of aerobic exercise cycle is a negative correlation.There was a significant difference (P<0.05) between two weeks and four weeks the groups six weeks.4 weeks there was no significant difference between 6 weeks.Dieting 3h group gastric tissue Ghrelin is the highest average levels of 6 weeks and 6 weeks showed a V-line trend, but overall for the Low,low,high, two weeks and four weeks was not significantly different.There was a significant difference (P<0.05) between 2 and 4 weeks and 6 groups.6. Serum Ghrelin six weeks on a diet immediately set the highestaverage levels were significantly (P<0.05) and the difference between 2and 4 weeks 6 weeks on a diet gastric tissue instantly set the highest average levels of Ghrelin is four weeks dieting instant group followed by 6 weeks, the minimum is two weeks, but the value is relatively small difference between 4 and 6 weeks.7. Obese control group mean serum Ghrelin levels are highest for2 weeks, the minimum is six weeks, showing the differences between the two have (P<0.05).2,4,6 weeks obese control group showed a mean serum Ghrelin levels gradually decline. Gastric tissue has the sametrend there is a significant difference (P<0.05) 2-week and 4 weeks and2weeks and 6 weeks have very show differences (P<0.01).8. Both the normal control group or stomach tissue Ghrelinserum levels and obesity in the control group average have the same variationin addition to two weeks and six weeks serum obese obesity gastric tissue than normal control group, the remaining obese control group than in the control group Ghrelin average content is relatively high. Conclusions:1. The content of obese rats Ghrelin body fat is relatively high at the beginning, with the body’s adaptation to the diet, Ghrelin levels decreased. Obesity is mainly associated with the consumption and energy consumption, this study found that the normal control group and the obese control group had the same variation, and mean serum levels of Ghrelin both gastric tissue was gradually extend downward trend over time. Dieting 3h group mean serum Ghrelin also have similar changes may be related to energy metabolism and food intake on the adaptability of the body. Aerobic exercise combined with eating causes weight loss control, energy metabolism in balance, there is conducive to good health.Ghrelin is a hunger hormone, obesity and food intake is closely related to uncontrolled food intake, increasing the body’s metabolism, body weight increases, reducing the release of Ghrelin, increased use of fat metabolism to lose weight, increase energy, regulate body energy metabolism in balance, so that the body is in dynamic equilibrium.2. The mean serum 3h resistance varies with the movement cycle extension Ghrelin was gradually rising trend change and dieting 3h average serum levels of Ghrelin Instead, explain to adapt with the exercise intensity, the balance of energy metabolism resistant rats, consumption increased food intake will not cause significant impact on the increase in body weight resistance group, not obesity resistant rats.But a diet ofrats with prolonged movement cycle, the body has to adapt to eating and exercise state control, reduce Ghrelin secretion may be mainly functional status of the body to adapt to the performance, in order to reduce food intake to lose weight. This study suggests that a combination ofaerobic exercise can effectively control food weight loss, weight loss purposes.3. Diet immediate group average levels of Ghrelin in gastric tissue is relatively small numerical difference between 4 and 6 weeks.But dieting instantly serum Ghrelin levels and exercise period is positively related to the movement of the stomach immediately after exercise are more affected by sympathetic innervation, subject to certain Ghrelin secretion inhibition, with adaptation to exercise, Ghrelin secretion adaptability increase, promote the release of growth hormone.
