Classroom management is an important part of class work. It is significant and difficult,shaping a man of great project. It can make the class education activities grow smoothly and class goal realize. With the continuous strengthening of incentive theory, the introduction of modern management science theory and method for class management work provides a strong theoretical foundation. This is the inevitable requirement of the development of the situation. Using the incentive mechanism in class management, It will produce twice the result with half the effort to class management. Thus it can achieve the education teaching goal of the class to better service.By applying the method of searching literature, the paper summaries the application of incentive theory in the primary school class management at home and abroad. It defines the core of the related concepts. At the same time, the paper uses the interview method and case analysis to analysis and research on the current situation and applicationour on the understanding of the incentive theory in the elementary school higher grades class. On the basis of the incentive theory, I put forward the elementary school higher grades class the using of incentive theory in management strategy. Paper content is divided into five parts:The first part is introduction. It explains the problems and the research significance and the domestic and foreign research on present situation with the literature review. It defines the core concept and discriminates the concept of the confusing.The second part mainly discusses the hierarchy of needs theory; ERG theory, two-factor theory, achievement motivation theory, expectancy theory and management to the elementary school higher grades class management, the introduction of the theory and method of modern management science for class management work.The third part, according to the elementary school higher grades class incentive management goal to pursue and using interview method, has carried on the depth interview to some teachers in charge of the elementary school higher grades to analyze the present situation of understanding of class management.The fourth part, according to the elementary school higher grades on the present situation of understanding of the teacher in charge of class management, explores the outstanding teacher in charge of the elementary school higher grades class using of incentive theory in management strategy. It mainly includes the target motivation, self assessment incentive, emotion incentive, model incentive, rewards and punishment motivation and democratic participation motivation.The fifth part analyzes the application of incentive theory class management in the elementary school higher grades of typical cases.
