| Teaching design has been the hot problem of the study, the level of which directly affects the teaching quality. New curriculum reform requires teachers to change teaching ideas and methods, advocates the student as the main body, students’ independent, cooperative and inquiry learning, and cultivates their ability.Since the new curriculum reform, some changes have taken place in teaching concept, thus making some efficiencies, but there still exist some problems. Through the questionnaire and diagnosis of some teachers’ teaching design, I find some problems: teaching methods to change; the low level of teaching design theory and diagnosis; little teaching reflection; limited teaching conditions, weakening the experiment. Through the analysis, the paper puts forward some strategies to solve the problems. First of all, teaching methods should be changed, because teachers pay more attention to scores instead of cultivating students’ ability under the influence of the college entrance examination. Besides, training opportunities should be given to improve the level of teaching theory, and gradually transform the methods of teaching. More importantly, collective lesson preparation and after-class reflection should be strengthened through teaching and research to improve the level of teaching design diagnosis.This thesis consists of six chapters.In Chapter1, the introduction puts forward some questions and contains research background, purpose, significance, idea and methods.In Chapter 2 summarizes some basic theories and related concepts of teaching design.Chapter 3 analyses and interviews some teachers’ teaching design in high school according to the questionnaire and interview records to find the problems existing in the teaching design.Chapter 4 diagnoses some teachers’ teaching design according to the theories of teaching design to find some problems.Chapter 5 improves the level and strategies of some teachers’ teaching design in high school.Chapter6 concerns about research conclusion and reflection. Since my study sample is relatively small, there exist certain limitations. Therefore, the conclusion is not necessarily universal. In future, we should do a wider range of research on teaching design and find moreproblems to help raise the level of high school’s teaching design and quality. |
