| The research on teachers’professional development is the main trend of today’s education development researches; teachers’practical knowledge, as an important part of teachers’knowledge, has an important significance on teachers’professional development. This research mainly explores the present situation and influencing factors of normal college students majored in Physics.In the paper,18 seniors majored in Physics from East China Normal University and Hunan Normal University are studied by using semi-structured interviews; from four dimensions, namely, teachers’knowledge of the self, general pedagogical knowledge, curriculum knowledge and the pedagogical content knowledge, the current situation and influencing factors of their teacher’s practical knowledge are investigated and analyzed.The conclusions are as follows. In general, normal college students majored in Physics have certain practical knowledge, but their practical knowledge needs to be improved because they lack of practical experience. From the four dimensions the study establishes respectively, on the knowledge of self, they have a strong education beliefs, have a clear understanding of teachers’role but are deficient in self-awareness and evaluation; from the aspect of general pedagogical knowledge, they have better multi-media application knowledge level, can often reflect on their own teaching behaviors, and also have a certain understanding of high school students, but lack the classroom organization and management knowledge; as for curriculum knowledge, their subject content knowledge level varies from person to person; their understanding of curriculum objectives does not reach the designated position; they have a certain curriculum resources consciousness; in terms of pedagogical content knowledge, they have mastered a certain teaching strategy knowledge, but they still cannot understand it from the perspective of the students and they still lack of evaluation knowledge. The study finds that the main factors influencing their practical knowledge mainly include three aspects:educational practice, learning of the normal school curriculum, as well as personal experience and reflection.On the basis of the above conclusions, aiming at two aspects of normal schools and normal students individual, the study puts forward some suggestions. It is hoped that colleges should strengthen the links of the college physics curriculum and middle school physics curriculum, strengthen the practical application of value pedagogy curriculum, strengthen students’skill training and increase the chance of practice, and strengthen the professional guidance in the process of practice. Besides, it is recommended that the normal school students play to subjective initiative-conduct positive reflection and active communications. |
