Since the reform and opening up, the teacher education of China has been aqualitative change. We know that teachers reform is the focus of education reform.Education wants to suddenly develop, then teacher education is bound to the current.Only the continuous progress of teacher education in order to promote continuousimprovement of education. Thus, to study the issue, the inevitable first teachereducation, to collate and summarize. In the course of the study, many teachers andeducational issues emerge. In particular, teachers’ knowledge. And teachers’knowledge is the focus of teacher education. Teachers ’professional development inorder to progress, then the first condition is the teachers’ knowledge to reconstruct.And to clear the basis for many categories of teachers ’ knowledge, what kind ofknowledge is the teachers’ professional development. In recent years it has been a hottopic of education researchers.The author in the analysis of existing knowledge classification and analysis ofthe problems. Combination of education, use of the sampling survey questionnairesand interviews to investigate a number of teachers. The results obtained practicalknowledge is recognized the indispensable and important teacher’s knowledge. Theresulting practical knowledge of teachers is professional development of teachers.Active use of practical knowledge will help improve teachers’ knowledge skills, andimprove the teachers’ level of scientific research. It played an important role in theprofessional development of teachers.For a more detailed overview of the knowledge base of teachers’ professionaldevelopment, The research framework of this thesis is:Chapter One. Mainly in the introductory chapter describes the researchbackground, including the proposal to the research questions, the significance of thethesis, research status, and thesis research methods.Chapter Two. To explore the knowledge and professional development ofteachers. This chapter an overview of the knowledge, practical knowledge, andteacher professional development and other related concepts, To discuss the teachers’knowledge and professional development of teachers and teachers’ knowledge whichknowledge constituted. Determine the basic idea of this study, a more profound understanding of teachers’ knowledge.Chapter Three. Conducted a sample survey, the teachers at the school in theunderstanding of teachers’ knowledge constitutes. To sum up the knowledge base ofexactly what knowledge is the professional development of teachers by way ofquestionnaires and interviews, and questionnaires to a brief analysis to identify theproblems that have arisen in the survey, and solutions.Chapter Four. Discusses the practical knowledge. Practical knowledge in whichthe teachers’ professional development, and future outlook.
