After nearly 20 years of development and reform, China’s private higher education in national regions has already become one of the important part of higher education in China, no matter in talents cultivation, education resource supply, promote education fair, auxiliary popularization education popularization, still in the minority area has played an important role in such aspects as economic development. Since 2003, guangxi has the qualifications of independent qualifications issued by private colleges began to increase gradually, from before a gradual development to 10, 2009 also marked the beginning of guangxi higher education entered the stage of popularization of education based on the government of the guangxi zhuang autonomous region, the \ "guangxi\" talents education development mode, make the autonomous region’s major private colleges to get the perfect development of the era of good opportunity, at the same time also brought great challenge to local private colleges. How can firmly hold firmly time orientation, overcome many obstacles at the same time become the education administrative department of the guangxi zhuang autonomous region, or even in the whole education needs to solve an important issue.This article selects the guangxi autonomous region has issued diploma independently local private colleges as the research sample, using literature method, questionnaire survey and field interview of guangxi private colleges has carried on the thorough research and analysis. The thesis is mainly divided into five chapters down to the resource dependence perspective study to guangxi private higher institution path as the main object, then extends to the whole of private education running path. The first chapter in this paper, the paper research significance, the research background and paper innovation points, etc. The second chapter to define the concept of private colleges, at the same time, run by the local and national education in colleges and universities is generalized, namely, the difference between the public colleges and universities. The development of private colleges in China are put forward and the basic theory is put forward. The third chapter summary of the development of private colleges in guangxi, mainly including guangxi private universities key elements and general situation of development of China’s private colleges in guangxi region. The fourth chapter Guang Xi private colleges educational path characteristics: rely on the teacher resources or administrative resources of running a school; Key resources of running a school by the teaching place or base;With the educational funds for key resources; Diversified resources combination of school development.
