The Current Situation, Problems And Countermeasure Research Of Safety Education On Primary School Students

In recent years, the high frequency of safety accidents in primary school campus make pupils lack of security at school. Schools take learning cultural knowledge as a priority among education, which appropriately weakens the safety education of pupils. However, it is because of such improper consciousness, many bloody tragedies occur.In our country, safety and health growth of juvenile have always been the concern of a lot of sectors of society as well as the Chinese government. However, with the development of the society, the school safety education, which pays a lot of attention to elementary education, is also in constant change. There are still many problems. On the whole, the intensity of pupils safety education in our country needs to be strengthened.In this paper, the current situation of pupils safety education in primary schools in the city ---Zhangjiagang is investigated and analyzed. Through the investigation, we mainly have the following problems on safety education of the minors:the safety education mode is too antiquated with little innovation; the integral systematicness is not enough; there’s deviation between the actual situation of education and the content of it; the society as well as the families haven’t fully participated in the safety education for minors, leaving only to the school. The main reasons for these are:the school focuses much on the safety of students, while the content of it cannot arouse students’interest in learning, or meet their actual needs; for the teachers and the parents, there are not enough corresponding trainings from the school; society and parents’ attention to minor safety education is not enough.The following suggestions are given according to the problems and situations mentioned above:safety education should be based on students’ actual needs, the traditional notion of safety education should be changed and more safety education must be put in place; establish the comprehensive trinity of school, family and society, make the training system of parents and teachers put into practice; construct the evaluation mechanism of elementary school classroom safety education, and implement KYT safety education methods; have safety education trainings of school teachers and strengthen cooperation and communication between the society, the schools and the families so as to shoulder the burden of pupils safety education together.
