The middle school students, as a special group in the school, are the future and hope of the country. Their health concerns a lot with the nation, people, family and themselves. Now the content of the PE class is lack of vitality. The method and pattern of the exercise remain the old way. At the same time, the organized teaching content has not taken use of the “serious stage”, leading the shortage of interests to the PE class. It shows a trend that the physical indicators decreased, which attracts great attention.Through reading the various literatures, there are a lot of reasons for it. Scholars from all walks of life show great attention to method and way to improve physical situation.Compared with conventional teaching, modern physical training students pay more attention to the quality of the movement, but also have some fun, so I believe that the introduction of modern physical training to high school physical education should be feasible.This study tries to introduce the modern physical training into the middle school PE teaching in order to enrich the teaching content outdoors, and cultivate the study interest, train the right action pattern and reduce the sports damage.Hereby, this study takes use of the documents, interview survey, questionnaire, experimentation, data statistics to do the research among the students in Grade 7, Middle School of Shaheyi, and design the teaching content coupled with study and analysis. The analysis result is as following:Between the experimental class and the control team compared various data have significant differences. Group compared with the control class boys Sit and Reach 50 meter run, throwing solid ball, standing no significant difference in long jump test indicators; the control class girls throwing solid ball, standing long jump test indicators are not significantly different, other data were highly significant differences compared with the previous experiments.The experimental results were as follows: classThought and practice methods of selection are designed experimental class program will help improve the level of teachers of Physical Education, Physical Education rich content.The introduction of modern physical training to middle school physical education in comparison with conventional teaching, the former can greatly improve students ’physical fitness, while greatly improved the students’ interest in physical education. Therefore, the introduction of modern physical training to junior high school physical education teaching is feasible.
