Since the reform and opening up, China’s economic and social development has made great progress, overall national strength significantly enhanced the living standards of various social groups have made significant improvements and enhancements. However, in the economic and social development has moved forward at the same time, increasingly significant social differentiation, social justice issue in income distribution, education, public health, employment and environmental protection as the representative of increasingly prominent, sparked a national social justice the widespread attention and high expectations. Critical period this stage, China is undergoing social transformation and social change, the social system and social policy is still not perfect, highlighting the issue of social equity, social justice groups in each community will have different effects. Among them, college students social justice issue has caused wide public concern.Causes of current social justice issues of our complex, both a lower overall level of development issues, but also a fair mechanism is not in place. Plus 90 college students special social status and psychological cognitive behavioral characteristics, social justice issues will have a more prominent, rapid and comprehensive impact on their level of social justice. Fear of social competition students a sense of social groups due to the low level of equity resulting from the lack of social trust, premature employment-oriented, early socialization, thinking and behavior and even extreme crimes are common occurrences. Thus, social justice issue of the student population has attracted close attention in academia, the education sector and the community, the party and government attach great importance. Specifically how social justice formation mechanism, exactly what factors contribute to the overall low level of social justice student population, how to effectively enhance and protect their sense of social equity, social justice in order to prevent low or absent produce a variety of campus and social issues, it is the focus of this paper attempts to study.This paper attempts from the perspective of sociology, from the aspects of Amartya Sen’s instrumental aspects of substantive freedom of the five kinds of freedom is political freedom, economic condition, social opportunity, transparency guarantee and protective security inspection factors leading to rural group events, and to put forward relevant opinion. In the research method, this paper mainly adopts the method of literature review and interviews and other research methods, review of previous scholars’research results, summarize and review, analysis and study, the accumulation of theoretical material, at the same time pay attention to information and dynamic new, from the theory and method about the comprehensive solution of rural group events, extended research ideas. And the field to understand some once participated in group events in individuals with interview method, obtain first-hand information, combining theory with practice, carries on the discussion to the problem.The first is the case of interviews with the status quo interpretation overview.
