Children’s humor refers to the psychological reaction and behavior generated in the progress of perceiving, understanding, stimulating,using and creating humor. At present, foreign children’s sense of humor research is relatively abundant, the lack of domestic research. And a sense of humor can be made. Some researches prove that children’s humor has important influence in children’s cognitive development, creativity, personality, social interaction, physical and mental health. Play is the most basic way of children’s life, children’s play experience includes five aspects which are interest, autonomous, the feeling of competence, physical pleasure and sense of humor.This paper focused on children’s sense of humor which means that respects children’s happy feelings and emphasize the play experience.In recent years, the basic values of preschool education in our country is respecting and protecting children’s rights, which is similar to the essence of humor. So paying attention to children’s humor is not only helpful to develop children, improve the views of children,but also help to provide new research breakthrough point for game teaching problems and to create humor education with Chinese cultural characteristics.The method of qualitative research is used to determine children’s humor systematically by collecting the performance data of children’s humor in play, analyzing the basic characteristics of children’s humor and teachers’influence, putting forward some Suggestions to promote children’s humor. Specific steps of research are as follows: first of all, defining the operational definition of children’s humor based on the analysis of the literature. Then, analyzing the performance data based on the operational definition of children’s humor. Finally, coding for the selected humor performance, extracting the different characteristics of children’s humor, and analyzing the influence of teachers facing with humor, putting forward some suggestions to cultivate children’s humor.The research results are as follows: firstly, the basic characteristics of children’s humor includes internal characteristics and external characteristics. Secondly, teacher s have positive influence in facing with children’s humor performance, there are also some problems. Given to many factors such as the important value of children’s humor, the research puts forward to some suggestions to promote the development of children’s humor by all-round ways and multiple dimensions.
