Sustainable development outlook of education requires the education to train sustainable development talents.And learning ability is a basic ability of future society.the future education should lay stress on the cultivation of the students’ learning ability in the light of the need of future society.As we know the early childhood education is the beginning of the lifelong education.so we must strengthen the importance of early childhood education.Try to understand what is early childhood learning and how to learn.Reviewing the current situation,as the principal place of education,in activity area there is a great deal of low efficiency phenomena.On the one hand,teachers ignore the integrity and systems of knowledge;on the other hand.the process of activity is modeled and simplified.The lack of interactive experience cause the activity can not stimulate children’s initiatives and enthusiasm to learning.Therefore, firstly in this research we based on the full-view learning theory, through literature review, theoretical analysis,interviews and observation.clarifying the definition of core concepts of activity area,children’s learning and learning effectiveness.And further use of the authentic assessment,focuses on the question of the effectiveness of early children’s learning,how to observe and evaluate the effectiveness of early children’s learning and its influencing factors.And draw a conclusion of the characteristic of children’s learning in activity area.Secondly,to build and perfect the assessment index.The actual circumstances of the index system from early children’s learning activity areas starting to take a top-down and bottom-up combination,considers in the three dimension of learning:content,motivation and interaction to examine the effectiveness of learning.The learning content dimension includes learning experiences and learning quality;the learning motivation dimension main consideration children’s curiosity and initiative;and interaction dimension of learning is centered on children’s interacts with environment and companions. And because the children’s learning effectiveness is point learning process, the index system is difficult to study the effectiveness of early children’s learning data analysis to determine grades, so the index is only used for teachers visible external behavior observation basis.Finally, based on the assessment index we draw some conclusions that children’s developmentally appropriate, the method of the material input,class environment and teacher’s view of children learning is the main influence on children’s learning effectiveness.Because of this.we make some suggestions:first,understand the difference between learning and play;second,use authentic assessment or performance assessment; third,improve the teacher’s observation capacity.
