This paper aims to explore the expression of sign language requirement of teaching program on autistic children Mand behavior promoting role, and form the operation steps of sign language teaching scheme. Using a single subject experimental design of return test method, the independent variable is the sign language teaching intervention programs, because the variable is the object of study the use of sign language skills requirement for expression of behavior effect. The research is based on a 5 year old low oral mild autistic boys were observed,evaluation, teaching experiment, a large collection of quantitative data, and the teachers, parents and an observer conducted interviews, the collection of relevant qualitative data.Through sorting data, draws the conclusion of the study are as follows:(1) The autistic children accept sign language teaching, communication behavior Results: first, the research object use sign language to communicate behavior required function number continued to increase; second.the object of study the use of generalization result learn gestural communication is good in the school situation; third gesture communication intervention program effectiveness by teachers and the observer. The consistent affirmation.(2) the operation steps gesture communication intervention programs: This study examines the gesture communication intervention program according to the followingThe six step: the case of a plan to discuss the assessment, the implementation of teaching situation of a class and tracking evaluation.(3) the other hand gesture communication intervention program in the promotion of autistic children’s communication behavior at the same time communication motion on their initiative, language ability and emotional and behavioral problems have a positive role in promoting.(4) sign language teaching intervention program of teaching success is mainly affected by five key factors; Communication Motivation and individual teaching content the harmonious relationship between teachers and students, the nature of the teaching situation and gesture of its own advantages. Finally, according to the gesture communication intervention project related personnel, the public suggestions and future research directions is the deficiency of this study proposed.
