Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Advanced Models

The great era of the noble spirit needs the support of a great example of the power of the cause of the need to lead. It always is a good tradition of our Party that advocates the good examples and gives full play to the role of motivation and leading through key points to an area for promoting the implementation of work. Besides, it is an important working methods with leadership and effectiveness. The report in the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China notes that the socialism with Chinese characteristics is a future-oriented career that needs the young people to struggle from generation to generation. At present, China is remained on a critical period of building a moderately prosperous society and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese dream. Fostering advanced models among the students in the college, and giving full play to the leading of advanced models role and demonstration effect can attract more students into the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics. However, with the change of social development and the situation, there are some questions in the typical representative of the advanced university students. For example, representative is not strong, the hierarchy is not good and so on. Because using the the examples of advanced college students to carry out ideological and political education becomes less fragile, the typical demonstration effect of the advanced college students needs to be strengthened. Therefore, how to cultivate college students in the new era of advanced models is an important topic in the current ideological and political education research. This article is divided into four parts to study.The first part mainly tells about the topic’s background, the research’s theoretical significance and meaning and the status in the domestic and foreign research. There is an brief explanation for ideas and methods in the paper. Besides, it is noted that the key, difficult and innovations point showed in the paper.The second part mainly defines the connotation about advanced models of the college students cultivated, analizes the their features on this basis. What’ more, combined with the background of the current situation and the ideological and political education of college students, this part gives the brief introduction to describe the significance about cultivating advanced models of the college students.The third part main introduces the analysis about the current status on advanced models of the college students cultivated and summarizes the key achievement on the advanced models of the college students cultivated, then highlights the great problems existed in the advanced models of the college students cultivated,and further analyzes their causes.The fourth part mainly discusses the four aspects, the focal point, an improved method, the great system and the joint force. The author explores the chief strategies of the advanced models of the college students cultivated from these four aspects. And provides educational resources and instruction methods to guide ideological and political education.
