Nowadays, with the rapid development of information technology,digitized, networked and multimedia modern information technology provides rich teaching resources for education teaching, has changed the traditional mode of teaching, the new era of information technology and education teaching task is closely linked, This requires as a initiator of knowledge, the teachers must have a certain degree of information literacy. But in this moment, the current rural preschool education is still the weak link of the basic education development in our country. The important reason is the insufficient number of teachers in rural areas, the quality is not high. However the insufficient number of preschool teachers in rural and poor quality problems are difficult to solve within a certain period of time, which requires the full use of information technology to compensate for this defect. Thus, From a practical situation, the rural preschool teacher information literacy education is the key factor affecting the development of rural infrastructure. So, how about the rural preschool teachers’ information literacy? Whether has a certain ability of information? It is a very important topic needed to be research.This study put the information literacy of rural preschool teachers as the research content. Taking the rural preschool education teachers in Dandong city as the research object. This research adopts the method of combination of theoretical research and empirical research. Conducted a survey on the status of rural preschool education teachers’ information literacy in Dandong. And analyses and discusses the existing problems. And then put forward the strategies and suggestions to solve the problems.First of all, this paper adopts the theoretical research method. Through the research and combing of the literature. Defines the connotation of information literacy of preschool education teachers. It establishes the theory foundation of this paper.Secondly, this paper adopts questionnaire method, interview method and observation method. Then surveyed the rural preschool teachers’ information literacy of Dandong City. The overall grasp of the current situation of rural preschool education teachers’ information Literacy, and analyzed the existing problems. The study found. The rural preschool teachers’ information literacy in Dandong City has the following problems. The teachers’ information literacy in the information knowledge structure is not perfect, the teacher operation ability is not strong, the absence of a small part of teachers information moral, the problem of education training effect is not obvious and the teachers’ scientific research atmosphere.Again, this study analyzed the causes of Dandong city rural preschool teachers’ information literacy problems. The study found that the effect of teachers’ factors, the lack of preschool education management system, the lack of government investment, the lack of information platform and the teacher training system is not perfect and so on are the important factor that influence the rural preschool teachers’ information literacy to improve in Dandong city.Finally, for the causes of the rural preschool education teachers in information literacy problems. This paper proposed specific strategies to improve the rural preschool education teachers’ information Literacy. To culture the information consciousness and emotion of teachers, create a good atmosphere for information, perfect the management system of teacher training, build information platform, strengthen infrastructure construction, security the implementation of information education, develop the training work to promote teachers’ information literacy.
