From three different perspectives, namely, improving teaching venues and methods, and monetary allocation, the author arrives at conclusions as follows:1, Lacking appropriate sports venues and facilities greatly obstructs the healthy advancement of ping-pong teaching in higher institutions of learning in Gansu province. Even to this day, ping-pong tables at teachers’disposal are still very limited there, and students are rather discontent with the places where they are taught. Consequently, creative pedagogy is often downplayed and diminished in Gansu province.2, Using the simplified ping-pong table (patent number:ZL 01 2 30985.0) enables schools to invest less in campus-wide infrastructure construction and make most of existent sports venues.3, Putting teaching methods involving the application of the table into practice can be conducive to the enhancement of students’quality and skills. For beginners, new teaching methods can help them better master essential techniques by elongating their practice period. According to researches done, these new ways can help students with dynamic stereotype, arouse their passion for physical exercise, interest in P.E.
