Under the background of educational information, enhance the ability of school teachers use information technology to improve the professional development of teachers is an urgent requirement for this era the overall quality of teachers. Training is one of the effective ways to quickly apply IT capabilities of teachers, however, after the end of the training, teachers will be trained to transfer to learn everyday teaching work was unsatisfactory. The researchers also made a lot of transfer policy on the promotion of training, such as increased training after the visit, intensive training in the latter part of the support services. These strategies will undoubtedly be able to some extent to promote IT application training transfer, however, these measures are still fundamentally outside help(mainly training authorities), driven by relatively labor intensive, but it is difficult to long-term, widely. If you can own from the teacher or their daily work environment in which to start looking for a long-term driving force for the transfer of IT training, in order to more effectively solve this problem. In the work environment, select the daily life of teaching and teacher research group most closely. In the same manner within a research group of colleagues, the atmosphere continued application training for trainee teachers have learned an important impact, by playing the role of teaching and research, and to conduct teacher training after the application of effective interventions to promote transfer of training.The first part of the introduction, proposed and significance include issues research status, research methods. This study points out the theoretical and practical significance in the transfer n of IT training.The second part of the survey and summarizes the status of the next school teaching and research activities of the background information, the questionnaire covers four aspects, the first school of information technology teaching environment. Fifth, create a good learning atmosphere of the educational research group.The fifth part of the research paper summarized, pointing out innovation of this paper, reflect a lack of research exists, not to make the next prospect research.
