The Research On Marxist Youth Training Current Situation And Path Construction

With the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics, educating and guiding the young of new era and training young Marxists firm is one of the most important strategies of the Party governing and rejuvenating but also a significant method to develop qualified builders and reliable successors of important initiatives in the new period. Young Marxists’ cultivation is an important task for universities to promote study based on Marxist theory and construction of the project. Young Marxist culture in colleges and universities helps to meet the needs of implementing the party’s education policy, insisting on the socialist orientation, showing socialist nature in high education. Meanwhile, it helps to meet the needs of constructing socialist course and promoting undergraduates growing up healthily with creative ideas equipped. Current college’s problems include the lack of pertinence, effectiveness, systemic problems, and the urgent need is to build an effective training path, to enhance young college students’ the effect of learning Marxist culture.The full text is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is an introduction, mainly introduces the topic origin, significance, research, research methods, reviewed and innovation. The author studied and carded relevant domestic and overseas literature before the study, access to relevant outcomes related to youth Marxist study abroad.The second chapter combs the party and state leaders’ speeches and policy documents, and existing research results were compared. On this basis, the scientific definition and elaboration of the young Marxist definition has been made. And it draws out that young Marxist Students should have the basic qualities namely: a firm belief in communism, rich social experience, strong innovation ability, Marxism solid theoretical foundation, excellent professional knowledge and skills.The third chapter clarifies that the youth training project Marxism has made great achievements, but there have been a lot of problems. This chapter is to analyze the current situation of college student’s young Marxist culture, problems and causes of the problem were summarized. Analysis found out some problems-- the young Marxist culture occurred during the implementation of the process of training and practice exercises supervision inadequate attention, combined with the social reality closely enough, not enough coverage of broad relevance and attractiveness of training content is not strong enough, supervision and management and evaluation system not perfect and so on.The fourth chapter combines the young Marxist university college students practical training, the young Marxist culture to adhere to adhere to the "four must" or "compulsory theory learning, compulsory practice doing, good morals and thought, strong professional skills" principle, article from the theory of learning, social practice, the young Marxist selection and monitoring evaluation mechanism to analyze the four dimensions to improve training of young Marxist path.
