The Part-time work for a flexible use of atypical employment forms,although not constitutemainstream form of employment,butunder the current supply and demand imbalance in the labormarket context,to ease the employment pressure has important practical significance.“research onthe part-time labor law regulations”as its theme, aims to explore solutions to part-timeemployment in the labor relations finds work management,compensation management,socialinsurance,labor relations and other issues lifted.In practice,the lower the treatment of part-timeworkers,the more the lack of security system. Reference to foreign-time employment on Legislation,from part-timeemployment in the form of comparative comparative effects on the labor market,labor standardsas well as part-time workers compare the social security benefits of these three levels wereanalyzed for non-full-time Measures to improve labor laws and regulations proposed to providereference basis.In the specific institutional development,focusing on part-time labor relations that standard,carry out research and analysis work management system,compensation management system,social insurance system, and reasonable restrictions lifted aspects of labor relations,combined withChina’s specific national conditions of part-time employment with flexible legal norms to regulate.
