Generally, belief is a kind of attitude about life value, which is formed by humanexistence and developed with people’s development. It reflects human’s overallpersonality. Human existence model is a variety of existence practice to realize thepurpose of live and express the value of human existence. It is based on the specifichistory and specific living condition. The content and feature of belief depends on theexistence model of human and change with its change. Today’s high-technicaldeveloped society is called technical existence society. Human’s live is full oftechnology and tools. Due to the human’s addiction to pursuit the enjoyment oftechnology and material satisfaction, human becomes technology alienation. Human’sbelief faces difficulties. Today’s college students are under the background oftechnical existence. Network and other emerging technology have deep influence ontoday’s college students’ belief. Today’s college student belief also encountersdifficulties. Therefore, in this situation, how to strengthen college student beliefeducation is worth to discuss.In this study, in addition to the introduction, mainly through three parts to discuss:the first part is the theoretical analysis between human existence model and belief. Itclarifies the meaning and essence of human existence model as well as the meaningof belief, and discusses their relationship in two different ways, which are history andlogic.The second part is the theoretical analysis of technical existence and collegestudent belief. It clarifies the meaning, essence, characteristics and internalcontradictions of technical existence. And it discusses the influence from technicalexistence to human belief. Also, it analyzes the difficulties about college studentbelief under the background of technical existence.The third part is the suggestions of college student belief education under thebackground of technical existence. These suggestions focus on three aspects. Theyare era themes, priorities and creative methods. Era themes include the rethinking ofmodernity crisis and developing Chinese Dream. Priorities include the ability,emotion and conduct of belief. Creative methods include the co-work among family, school and society, the focus on every-day live and the absorbing of essential Chinesetraditional culture.
