At the present time, our country is building an innovation-oriented country andthe realization of an innovation-oriented country needs creative talents anduniversities are the places in which the talents that suit the development of socialismare cultivated. The cultivation of talents at the colleges and universities is mainlydone through teaching, therefore it’s vital to transform scientific research results intoteaching resources and let students grasp the newest knowledge and know the worldpace for the cultivation of talents. The research of transformation mechanism is beenas the most important part and a feasible mechanism is been trying to set to guaranteethe scientific research findings’transformation smoothly to promote the cultivation oftalents.On the basis of previous studies, the paper mainly used literature research andinterview method to carry out the research under the principle of combiningqualitative research and quantitative research. On the basis of clear illustration of theresearch background, research meaning and relevant concepts, the paper illustratesthe relation of scientific research results and teaching resources to lay the researchfoundation. This paper used interview method to illustrate the current state oftransformation: the low transformation rate, single transformation form and lowtransformation performance and further found out the existing problems. Accordingto the problems of incentive mechanism, the paper put forward the relevant reason:the wrong scientific research idea, insufficient conversion fund, imperfect systemconstruction. According to the problems of evaluation system, the paper put forwardthe relevant reason: inadequate evaluation skills and supervision. According to theproblems of security mechanism, the paper put forward the relevant reason: notscientific policy and rigid regulation. Aiming at the existing problem of currentmechanism, the three mechanisms are further improved. Incentive mechanism isillustrated from the four aspects: change idea and make clear the target orientation,evaluate scientifically and perfect the evaluation system, allocate properly and keepinterest fair, reform the system and perfect the security system. Evaluationmechanism is mainly illustrated from the evaluation content, evaluation standard andevaluation forms. Security mechanism is illustrated from the internal and externalfactors.
