Networked video courseware is a new development concept about online learningresources, which creatively puts forward a new mode for construction of curriculumresources containing education, video and game through integrating educationaltechnology with interactive video and the ninth art. At present, the networked videocourseware is in a rising stage of study, and more related researches are in the theoreticallevel, and less involved in practical level. Therefore, how to integrate theory with practice,to construct the concrete theory supporting system for the design and development modeof the networked video courseware are the key points of this study.Therefore, this study making the constructivism theory system as a starting point,puts forward a design theory system for the specific design of the networked videocourseware based on the constructivism theory. In this system, we focus on four aspectsof the design of networked video courseware: character design branch, scene designbranch, script design branch and interface design branch. Among them, in the process ofscenario design, we put forward the "emotional environment construction principle and thecomplete experience principle by further exploration. On the basis of design, we study onthe development mode of the networked video courseware, which will be used to guide thespecific development process of realistic video courseware and virtual video courseware, bythe experiment operation.In this paper, by constructing the networked video courseware design theory systembased on constructivism and development mode, we promotes the further development of thenetworked video courseware to make the networked video courseware from the initialtheoretical framework to gradually become a new model maneuverability of the networkcurriculum development, which prompts curriculum developers to develop more and higherquality networked video courseware resources by utilizing this mode.
