Also the school has been famous for its feature of multi-methods of comprehensively and attentively cultivating students and its spirits of striving for innovation.The ups and downs of the school in its development history has paved for the feature development of the school. This paper employs the SWOT to analyze the present state of the school to nail down the advantages as well as the disadvantages of the school and to deal with the opportunities and the challenges so that it can improve its feature development and set up the following development strategies to overcome its disadvantages and to bring its advantages to play.
