Along with our country to the attention of the education, now to expand students’thinking ability, and the cultivation of student’s innovation ability is more and moreattention, in fact, in the process of teaching for students, for the equal status betweenteachers and students also paid close attention to by people, most of the teachers realizethe importance of classroom questioning to develop students’ ability of, teachersclassroom questioning has become one of the most widely used language skills. Newteachers in the classroom teaching form reflects the characteristics of flexibility,richness, diversity, happy learning concept, heuristic teaching idea has also been appliedthem into the hand of flexible, a long way to go, but there’s little doubt that there arestill some inevitable problems, we can’t squeamish, also can’t, is in the way of reform,only to face the problem, is the only way out. To the status of the new teachers’ classroomquestioning has a real, overall understanding and grasp, and then on this basis, take thenecessary measures to optimize the junior middle school language classroom questioning.Because, in the process of teaching,"question" has a very important position, thequality of the questions related to the efficiency of the students to accept new knowledge,therefore, classroom questioning has been selected as the key research topic of manyexperts and scholars, very hard really want to have a new breakthrough in research.Therefore, in this paper, the author to new teachers as the breakthrough point, based onthe former Soviet union well-known educator of the class related theory, combined withtheir own actual, to find a new teacher in the classroom questioning the disadvantages andadvantages, and analyzes the questions of the new teachers’ classroom teaching status quo,combined with the new Chinese teacher’s classroom questioning optimization theoryresearch, explore the new Chinese teacher classroom teaching query optimization strategy.Question is given priority to with students, the author argues that guide and induce studentsto ask questions, lets the student through questioning, truly become masters of learning.
