Abstract:The research of online game’s group communication is one of the important part of the research of online game. To finish the paper, first the author played a vareity of online games to get first-hand experience. And then the author interviewed many senior players individually, and read a large number of literatures to accumulate related materials.The paper firstly concludes the general features and the mental motivation of communicators in the online-game group. The author thinks the major causes about the motivation of online-game players, including environment, addiction, sociality and achievement.Then it discusses the mechanism of communication. The online-game group has two primary ways to influnce the individuals which are group consciousness and group standard.The core of the paper refers to the Maletezkes’s Communicaion Mode, Jonathan Smith’s Multi-step Communication Mode, Ecological Interaction Mode about the role playing online games, and the communication mode of the family of network organization. The paper tries to summarize the online-game group communication mode, through the motivaion of communicators, the individual structure of players, players and their corresponding online-game virtual roles. It also combines the interactive experience about the online game nomrs and the restriction of groups, the information spreading and the two-step communicaion in the online-game group, the reversibility of communicative process, and the influence to each other among the online-game group.Finally, the paper classifies detailedly the influnce which are caused by the communication of online-game groups. It views to provide related reference about the rational guide of the online-game group communicaion.
