Study On Academic Planning For College Students Under Different Demand Background

The College students’ academic planning, which comes into being with thedevelopment of new era and originates in career planning, is the key of the contemporarycollege students to efficiently finish school. It represents a process of clearing the students’academic mileage and using reasonable methods to finish their study after they enteruniversities and understanding thoroughly and conducting research according to students’personality and learning environment in the learning process of four years of university.Colleges and universities formulating reasonable academic planning system in and collegestudents designing their own academic goals can clear their learning aims, improve theirautonomous learning motivation, promote them strive and increase self-worth, improveacademic of gold content and make bedding for entering the workplace in the future. Theexploration based on college students’ academic planning is the key of promoting thereform of college academic management system.This topic is based on the palace level theories such as the theory of Parsons’idiosyncratic factors and Holland’s vocational personality theory, takes the background todifferent demands of college students as key point, combines with literature review,questionnaire survey, random interviews and other research methods and analyzes the mainproblems and formation reasons of current college students’ academic planning. Based onthis, the author proposes puts the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the problem ofstudent academic planning from the aspects of university college students themselves andsociety, especially for the different needs of college students’ background. As the results ofthe survey show that the needs of different grade and different career goal influence oncollege students’ academic planning is different, different solutions to these two factors areproposed to help each student to create a good personalized learning environment whichcan help them explore the road to succees. Also the author hopes to draw more attention ofpublic to the college students’ academic planning and wishes that the college researcherscan do more job on academic planning for college students.
