Abstract:One person’s life relys on preschools education."Opinions of The State Council on the current development of preschools education" said that, preschools education is the beginning of lifelong education, and it is an important component of national education system. Currently, the preschools teachers of college-level has become the mainstream in preschools education. As a new member of higher education system in our country, Preschools Teachers’College has become a backbone of the cultivation of college-level preschools teachers.However, there are some problems required to be resolved in the process of the construction of the teachers because of the short history and a small number of early Preschools Teachers’College, and the lack of teachers.As the saying goes, revitalization of education relys on the quality of teachers. In this paper, three preschools teachers’ colleges are selected as amples for study. By investigation and analysis, this article finds out that there are mainly three aspects of problems. Firstly, the formation foundation is weak, such as low-level education degree, partial younger age structure, low academic title of the teachers, and the relatively high student-teacher ratio. Secondly, the construction of the discipline is unreasonable, such as the lack of teachers’professional background, the ratio of the double-qualified teachers is low and the judgments standards are inconsistent. Thirdly, the quality of the teachers is low, such as the low quality of the part-time teachers, the lack of the research ability and the moral quality of the teachers.This thesis analyzes the reasons focusing on the problems above. Firstly, the unbalanced construction leads to the weak foundation of the teachers. Including that low requirement of running schools as well as the lack of highly educated teachers leading to a low education background of the teachers, mainly bringing in younger teachers leading to an irrational ration of the teachers, hard to bring in and easy to lose the high-titled teachers leading to a low-level title degree, the enrollment expansion and insufficient number of teachers leading to a higher student-teacher ratio. Secondly, the ignorance of teachers’ professional quality leads to the unreasonable construction of discipline. Including that diverse resource of teachers leads to the insufficient professional background, the inconsistent judgment standards resulting in a low ratio of the double-qualified teachers. Thirdly, teachers’ low-level comprehensive quality leads to a low-level overall quality of teachers. Including that low education and insufficient training leading to the low quality of part-time teachers, teaching-oriented and irrational research resources leading to the teachers’insufficient study ability, and the lack of individual culture as well as the bad outside influence leading to the low quality level of teachers.Based on the existing problems above, this thesis proposes from three aspects. Firstly, optimize the construction of teachers by training and bringing in excellent talents, developing the key discipline, building good working environment and establishing scientific management idea. Then improve the construction of discipline and ensure the teachers’ quality by setting up the access system, improving teachers’professional background degree, unifying the judging standards and promoting the cooperation between Preschools Teachers’College and kindergartens. Last, teachers should pay attention to individual learning and comprehensive quality by broadening training ways, improving research ability and moral level, to accomplish teachers’obligation.
