Education has no small matter and its everything is related to education. High school is an importantcarrier of ideological and political education classes. It needs teachers’ cooperation and development toimprove the quality of education and raise students with high ideological and political quality. PoliticalCo-Teaching is not only a high school education reform requirements, but is necessary for teachers’professional development. Political cooperation teaching high school teachers also need to adapt to thecharacteristics of political science. Based on previous studies, using literature, observation, interviews andother research methods, this paper explores cooperation in trying to carry out co-factors that affect teachersanalysis and provide some guidance for the conduct of political cooperation teaching high school teachersfrom both theoretical and practical aspects.This article includes the following four parts:The first part is the introduction, which raises the main issues, including the background, theoreticaland practical significance of the study, review relevant research and research ideas and methods.The second part overviews the cooperative teaching and discusses the theoretical basis of theCo-Teaching. First, it defines the relevant concepts, and summarize the research status from both foreignand domestic aspects. Theoretical basis of this paper include social interaction theory, group dynamicstheory, the social division of labor theory, these theories from different angles illustrate the significance ofteachers to carry out cooperation in teaching and guiding teachers to carry out cooperation in teaching.Finally, this paper discusses the importance of cooperation in teaching high school political education.The third part is the analysis of empirical investigation and factors of high school politics teachercollaboration teaching, which is divided into two parts. The first part is the questionnaire survey to thesecond high school of Yuzhou. The second part is the attribution of the ideological and political teacher ofhigh school personal interview, mainly including the weakness of teachers cooperation consciousness, thelack of the necessary cooperative skills, single way of existing school cooperation, teaching workload, timeand energy limit. In addition, the school culture and atmosphere also effect the cooperation of teachersteaching work. The fourth part is to promote the teaching of ideological and political teacher of high schoolcooperation, and proposes the strategy from the teachers, teaching group and school, respectively.Strategy of teachers to promote the teaching of ideological and political teacher of high school cooperativeself promotion is to enhance the awareness of cooperation, the improvement of the quality of the teachers’cooperation and collaboration capabilities. Strategy of teaching group to promote ideological and politicalteacher of high school teaching cooperation development is to construct the political teacher cooperationteaching group, creating a network platform rich teacher cooperation, perfect the system of teaching andresearch group, promote cooperation specification. Strategy of schools to promote ideological and politicalteacher of high school teaching cooperation development is to provide teachers cooperation support andcreate a school culture of cooperation, to form a good atmosphere of cooperation of teachers, constructionof teaching cooperative school management mechanism.
