Being a sort of teacher social lifestyle, collaboration is the process of conversation, communication, dialogue, argumentation and supporting and helping each other among school teachers, collegial teachers and school teachers for the common educational problems and children's better development. Pedagogy intention, equality, creation are characteristics of teacher collaboration. Formally, teacher collaboration comprises institutional collaboration and free collaboration. They should both improve teacher professional development if they possess the three characteristics of teacher collaboration. It's far from it itself only to dissertate it , because teacher collaboration is practical in nature. We must go into the life-world of teacher collaboration's, listening to teachers' thought and feelings when they are in collaboration, describe their lived experience vividly and naturally in collaboration, and then research the structure and meaning of lived experience. Such kind of theories can serve for practice well. "Life-world is an experiencing world instantaneously", "In life-world we have lived experience."Researching lived experience is called by life-world. It can make theory and practice more closely in some extent. The founding of this research concludes: to teachers, collaboration means to gain confidence and courage, it means safety, dependence, easiness, warmth, happiness...,at the same time it means the feeling of duty, pressure, stress...,it means to make up discipline knowledge, to grasp teaching methods, to gain teaching skills, to enrich teaching language, to correctitude teaching manners, to excavate article's themes deeper...,it means to grasp teaching aim whole, to understand the discipline whole, to think of teacher professional quality fundamentally, to pursue to achieve educational meaning forever. In a word, the process of teacher collaboration is the process of communication of teacher social affection, learning of teaching skills, exchange of educational ideas. The three provide dynamic, skills and ideas for teacher development, promoting teacher professional development, embodying the needs of teacher collaboration, realizing the possibility of teacher collaboration.There are some differences between school teachers collaboration and the collaboration of collegial teachers and school teachers. The collaboration in Teacher Development School is changing school teachers' attitude and way on education, which is changing from pursuing structure to meaning.
