With the influence of curriculum reform, the history teaching emphasizes the useand the development of historical curriculum resources in high school. As the mainbody of curriculum development, the teacher is also the key of curriculumimplementation. Museums, memorial halls are important parts of high school historycurriculum resources. Applying the curriculum resources to high school history andtextbooks teaching are complementary to each other, which could not only helpstudents understand the course content, but also achieve the organic new curriculumgoal.Museums, memorial halls and relative resources are very rich in Wuhan, Hubei.There will have been more than100museums and relative resources by the year2016.In recent years, many museums and relative resources have built cooperativerelationship with high schools. But this partnership mainly focuses on the patriotism,with few connections with history teaching in middle schools.Through the research of the application of museums and memorial halls in highschools history teaching, this article tries to display its achievements, its insufficientapplications by making use of current museums and relative resources in Wuhan. Theaim is to broaden the horizons of the application of curriculum resources in highschool history teaching.
