Introduction To The Characteristics Of Thai Middle School Students And Teaching Design

As China’s economy and international status of rapid growth and promotion,in recent years, has been widely set off a worldwide upsurge of "learningChinese"."Mandarin fever" has become a common phenomenon in the globallanguage communication system. In recent years, the Chinese people outside oflearning Chinese in increased year by year, the number of countries in Asia, ableto master the Chinese language has become a lot of people developmentimportant condition. Thailand as an important country of southeast Asia, underthe guidance of princess sirindhorn, pushed Chinese learning is the importantposition, the Thai Chinese learning in Asian countries has been in the lead.I had the privilege of in May2013to March2014to Thailand for teachingChinese as a foreign language. During this period, I through my own teachingpractice and experience, on the basis of the cultural differences between Chinaand Thailand, Thai education environment, and the characteristics of studentsfrom the phonetic teaching, oral English teaching, vocabulary teaching, cultureteaching has carried on the thinking and analysis, summarized some teachingstrategies, according to the characteristics of the Thai students and improvestudents’ interest in learning Chinese in Thailand and enthusiasm, improve thequality of teaching.This article only is the author’s personal shallow opinions, mainly based onthe author’s school, maybe have some of the subjectivity.
