In China, children’s literature with Chinese curriculum of primary and secondary schools, especially with the Chinese curriculum of primary school, it has a special origin. In the May Fourth Movement, a group of intellectuals on "Children discover" and on the attention to the object of child literary education. As well as a group of language courses in primary schools, thus opening the door about the growth of children’s literature in China. Due to the presence of children’s literature and the primary language of the natural relationship, Children’s literature and language educators are committed to the integration of the two disciplines. However in this combined process, there are many problems. This is a research background and a foothold in this article, to exploring the current language education elementary teaching in children’s literature.The methods employed in this thesis are literature search combined with questionnaires and interviews, to achieve close integration of practice and theory and to ensure the objectivity of the study.The paper consists of five parts. The introduction expounds the research origin, research contents, research methods and research reviewed in this paper. The first part based on the concept of "children standard", discusses the content of "children" and children’s literature. The second part is ought to be the pursuit of children’s literature teaching. First, clearing children’s literature is the inevitable choice to realize "poetic language", Second, to be discussed in three aspects of primary school Chinese children’s literature teaching should present state. They include "respect the childlike innocence, regression children","to the children’s way of life to enjoy the language","appears in the form of literary language". The third part expounds difficulties existing in the current teaching. It Analyze from the teaching material, teaching and teacher three dimensions, to understand the basic situation, analyze the causes. The content of the forth part is building of children’s literature teaching in primary schools, which includes teaching goal setting, teaching strategies and strengthen teacher of children’s literature accomplish moment. Dedicated to the revival of childlike innocence. The author hopes to raise the language education workers’ awareness, and let them focus on children’s literature, language teaching and the teaching practice in the elementary school with the help of this thesis research.
