National identity is an era of mass media and society, the development ofmodern plays a big role. Western countries since the seventeenth century into themodern development began, the mass media has also become important to promotethe rapid development of Western identity, but also become a major factor in theimpact of social and cultural change. Thirty years of reform and opening up, China’seconomy and society in the process of rapid development, the mass media of themodern development of such a multi-ethnic nation also plays every role in promotingour country. Mass media not only for the popularity of ethnic minorities providesboost power of modern education, the dissemination of the latest modern message,while improving the overall quality of the minority, and enhance the legal awareness,improve the modern values, customs and traditions and promote national culturalheritage, such as forward has also contributed to social change each nation had asignificant impact. In this paper, Kazakh as the research object, through the Kazakhmass media use, exposure visits of Kazakh content, and social and cultural aspects,and to explore the impact of mass media on social change aspects of the use ofKazakh literature research and field survey.In this paper, inhabited by more Kazakh Altay region as a case, empiricalresearch method of communication in the survey research and field survey of twomain methods to use to modern changes of the main line of development of Kazakhsociety, highlighting the mass media the relationship between media and socialchange Kazak this topic. Its theoretical performance analysis explores the Kazakhmass media on the role of social change, and the mass media and social changeKazakh law features a brief summary. Significance performance through field surveydata on how the role of the mass media to locate the position of the Kazakh region forfuture policy formulation related to Kazakh mass media to help, while in terms ofcultural heritage on the Kazakh society for protection. The full text of three parts, the first part is the introduction, the main reason for the significance of the topic, at homeand abroad in the mass media on the status of some aspects of the impact of socialchange profile, as well as the Institute of Theoretical reference herein and methods ofintroduction. The second part is the thesis subject, from the first chapter to the fifthchapter. The first chapter of the Kazakh society and culture have been summarized,while the Kazakh public Altay region fieldwork points dissemination media use,content, frequency, etc. overview summarizes between media use and social changethe relationship, which leads to the back of the chapters, namely, the mass mediachanges affect several aspects of Kazakh society. The third part is the conclusion,which expresses the mass media play a part in the process of social change in theKazakh-driven role, because the mass media throughout the Kazakhs live, work, studyand other aspects, while the mass media is also subject to various communityregulatory aspects, the two complement each other and work together.Mass media played a significant role in promoting social change in Kazakh,however, because the domestic mass media theory is based on the introduction ofWestern theories of development, in the interpretation of contemporary mass mediainfluence on various aspects of national society tend to fall into dogma, therefore, tofind the right fit various ethnic and social development of mass media features inorder to truly achieve a truly effective role in the national media on behalf of socialchange; only to find modern media development path suited to local Kazak ethniccharacteristics, in order to correctly guide the overall prosperity and development ofKazakh society.
